You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed with transaction details and expected credit timeline.

Digital Services Rendered

Services that have been fully delivered and accessed by the customer

Subscription Periods

Completed subscription periods where service was available and functional

Change of Mind

Requests based on change of decision after service delivery

Violation of Terms

Accounts terminated due to violation of terms of service

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion for subscription services with unused periods, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to UAE commercial practice.
